- Purchase information — billing details processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages viewed, streams watched and device information, used to improve the service.

- To create and manage your account and season pass.
- To deliver livestreams and on-demand replays to your devices.
- To send receipts, service updates and, where you opt in, event reminders.
- To maintain the security and performance of the platform.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers needed to run the service (for example payment processing and video delivery), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can access or update your details from your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
